Lizanne is the named human travel consultant who picks up your brief, sends the indicative options the same day, and books the live options once you have chosen. The planning lane does not charge you. The booking is paid to the trade through her usual trade back-office.

Step 1
Tell Lizanne where.
Open the WhatsApp link from any page on this site. The brief carries destination, dates, travellers, pace, and any notes you want added. If you have already picked a card on the destinations page, the destination and pace arrive pre-filled. Reply with the rest whenever it suits you. The chat is with Lizanne, not a bot; if you forget a field, she asks for the missing piece before sending options.

Step 2
Indicative options, same day.
Lizanne sends the indicative options the same working day. An indicative option is a planning range built from the trade's published shoulder-season pricing, with the right routing, the right room type, and the right seat availability for your dates. The number is a planning range, not a price. Lizanne flags any constraint that would change the live number (school-holiday surcharge, peak-week fare, a long-weekend minimum) so the final conversation is about choice, not surprise. Step 3
Lizanne books and confirms.
Once you have chosen, Lizanne takes the booking through her usual trade back-office. The deposit and full payment go to the trade. Travel & Beyond earns a flat fee from the trade on completed bookings only; you are not charged for the planning lane. You get an itinerary, the vouchers, and a WhatsApp line for changes on the day of travel. What happens from that confirmation onwards, including the day a flight is cancelled, is set out on after you book.
